We are small by design. We believe smaller classes are less intimidating and provide more of a focus on students individual needs.. The instructors on both the strength and the cycling side are here to motivate and support you. They will challenge you to try new things while reminding you to respect your body and they way you feel each and every day.
Cycle: We ride Keiser M3+. The bikes give you the opportunity to measure metrics during your workout and provide a much more comfortable ride than "old-school" bikes. The studio is simple, bikes fans and stereo. We have black out curtains, so your workout will be dark, but this will not feel like a night club. No fancy lighting, no stadium seating. Just good, clean indoor cycling. No Push-ups, No dancing. We climb, We sprint, We Ride. All instructors strive to challenge the riders but also remind students to go at ones own pace and abilities. Strength Circuit: Our 25 minute strength Circuits change each class to give your body a balanced total body workout. Our Certified Personal Trainers guide you through each exercise station and continually watch for proper form and correct technique to keep you injury free. All exercises can and will be modified for any member that needs it due to past injuries or inabilities. TRX Inspired Suspension Training: As a new addition to the studio we want to give you a balanced workout. The newly installed G Straps will provide you with a total body strength workout to compliment your Yoga and Cycling needs. Test your balance using your own bodyweight as resistance and constantly work your core. 25 Minute HIIT Abs: Intervals of fast heart pumping cardio are paired with long bouts of hard ab work to keep you on and off the mat the whole 25 minutes. Personal and Small Group Training: Email Ashley at info@rideonsd.com to discuss Personal Training options. Small Group Training will be held 3 times a week with no more than 5 clients to keep the one on one aspect as close as possible. Having a small group session cuts way down on rates and still gives you the attention you need and deserve. Music is played in both rooms, fans keep the air circulating. The temperature in both studios fluctuates with the seasons. We have bathrooms and changing rooms available. There are no showers. Aside from Yoga and core classes, shoes must be worn at all times. |
